Avoid at all cost. I bought 20 units of Botox through Groupon. I called to make an appointment, they cancelled the appointment the day before and told me they will call me back when they had someone available. They cashed my Groupon coupon I then called back as they never called me back. They then scheduled an appointment. I showed up the day of my appointment,store was closed and looked abandoned. I called them it went directly to voicemail. I called Groupon they wanted to charge me money to investigate my claim and told me that there is nothing they can do for me. I will never use Groupon nor Fracassi.

my wife went to the spa. She was very happy, relaxed, and her eyebrows look great. The lady who does the eyebrows is an artist and the front desk staff was welcoming. Normally my wife comes home complaining about a visit, but she was Comfortable There.

I had a Groupon for $247.00 for 20 units of Dysport. Supposedly he injected 21 units. Repeated that multiple times. Two weeks later there was absolutely no change in my forehead lines or crows feet. I wasn’t concerned about these crows feet but he treated them anyway. He even agreed there was no change at two weeks and made up some excuse. Offered to sell me more Dysport at a discounted price. I even pointed to the areas above my eyebrows that I wanted treated. Additionally, what’s with the two week follow up? Probably to get me to buy more Dysport. Please bring back Dr. Geary. Can’t recommend this place for Dysport. Go to a real doctor

Terrible! Cancelled my first appointment an hour before - rescheduled me two days after ! Was told to save time for a free blow out and when I arrived today ! Owner is the person that was suppose to do my microblading and never showed up . After two calls and texts co firmed my appointment today ! Also lady that was given the blow out complimentary wasn’t in either . Two ladies giggling at my frustration and kept telling me to just go and owner would call me … no call from owner and couldn’t guide me on refund . How does an owner do business like this ? Also owner blocked my number a d other numbers given don’t work . Awful awful place .

Had an apt for microblading, walked in and sat for 20 minutes until someone approached me, the lady that finally helped me was nice though, told her what I was there for and come to find out the girl that does the microblading has been sick and I guess didn’t feel the need to call the salon or cancel/re schedule her existing apts. decided to just cancel and get a refund I wasn’t going to trust them with these brows

Doesn’t even deserve a star. I got my lashes done before Halloween and they looked awful. I told them to fix them and they kept telling me that I was the problem. Basically saying that I was just looking at them wrong and that they were fine. After three times of telling them what was the problem, I just left. They looked very uneven and going completely different ways. Prices extremely high for such a terrible job. I came in 5 days after to get them removed which burned my eyes horribly and they didn’t even get all of them off. Never coming back.
