Brett was our Wind Mitigation inspector for the My Safe Florida Home program. Our new roof has been completed and he did an excellent job as far as transparency, communication and recommendations. He was informative in that he told us we are now considered highly insurable and should definitely shop around for rates and to be aggressive now that we have the new roof. Brett also relayed to us that the investment from adding a third nail would be recouped in about a year through the savings it would provide. We highly recommend Flint Home Inspections.

I called Brett to see if he was available to come out and do a 4 point home inspection for my homeowners insurance renewal. I needed it done within 2 days of contacting him. He scheduled to come to my house the same day I called him. He was on time and did the inspection and answered questions I had while he was there. Early that evening he emailed my 4 point inspection report as he said he would, and I was able to get it right to my insurance company.
