She has been with Family First Homecare since they first opened the first office. The owner Doug Drabina is an absolutely rare, compassionate wonderful, man with a huge heart for Heaven right through the end. He is always there for me communication wise as well as in other ways. As a seasoned Nurse of over 16 years, I've worked in several different areas of healthcare. As such, I believe it speaks volumes to be able to say that I have found my "home" with Family First Homecare! I get a great deal of job satisfaction getting to work with the same amazing patient and family one day after another. It may sound boring to some people, but my patient's family has opened their hearts and their homes to me, so it rarely feels like work...it's more like I'm just taking care of a family member. No company is always perfect all the time, but I get a great deal of support from my Director of Nursing (DON), who I know will always... read full review

This is a great company to work for, that truly cares about their staff and clients. I had to take a personal leave of absence, they were gracious, and not only allowed my leave, but checked on me during that time. 5 stars!
