After moving to Florida 2 years ago, we've had a hard time finding contractors that we trust. I randomly booked JJ last year because he had same day availability. Since then, he has gone above and beyond. Just a few examples - Our pipes were backed up recently, and instead of charging us to clear them, encouraged us to call the people who lined them and see if they were still under warranty. When we hired a general contractor for hurricane repairs, it did not go well (twice), but both times, JJ came out and did what he could to help. When the remodel proved too large, he recommended other plumbers. When I was panicking over our contractors, he responded to emails while on vacation and called me to walk through what to do. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Merit Plumbing. They have saved us so much time, money, and frustration. And JJ is a genuinely great person, all around.
