Joseline is amazing she truly takes her time and gives each customer a great experience. She has quality products and my hair has gotten SO healthy in just a few weeks! I highly recommend her salon, it’s so convienent and clean and she takes appointments so she works with your schedule. I’ve been to a few Dominican salons in Sarasota and Tampa but she is by far the best!!

Jocelin, the owner is awesome 👏. When I moved from NJ, I was looking for a new hair stylist and I found her by accident. That was the best accident I ever had. She is great, very friendly. The salon is always clean. I'm always satisfied with her services. I would highly recommend her salon.

I have been going to Dominican beauty Hair Salon for over 10 years now. I have never had a problem. Joselin Is very fair with her prices compared to the surrounding area and she is very good at keeping my hair healthy. My daughter wanted her hair dyed, And Jocelyn did a fantastic job. It was exactly what my daughter showed in the picture and she couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Jocelyn if you’re looking to do any type of coloring or Hair treatment treatments. She’s also very fantastic at doing blowouts.

Absolutely bad experience…Jocelyn hairdresser didn’t listen and didn’t pay attention to the photos I showed her. I came to salon with middle length of hair and was supposed to just trim little bit half inch in the bottom . She position my chair so I couldn’t see what’s she doing because mirror was to heigh on the wall… when I was correcting her she was bossy and was doing hair according to her vision creating curls and who knows what . I was shocked what she has done … it’s not me and my way I style the hair. The best part is this at the end she charged me $70 for haircut and $ 50 for blow dry total $120. I refused to pay so much and covered only bad haircut $70… no color no highlights … Didn’t advise anyone to use her services .

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife, Lenore, booked an appointment with Joselyn, confirmed everything directly with her over the phone, and even called on the day of the appointment to ask for directions. Lenore was just five minutes away when Joselyn suddenly claimed she had never spoken to her and insisted there was no appointment—despite Lenore having proof of the conversation.
Joselyn didn’t just refuse to honor the appointment; she was unbelievably rude and unapologetic. She dismissed my wife entirely, saying she couldn’t do the appointment anyway because she was babysitting. Her tone was condescending and completely unprofessional, as if wasting someone’s time is no big deal.
This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had with a so-called professional. Joselyn blatantly lied, disrespected my wife, and couldn’t even be bothered to take responsibility for her mistake. If you value your time, energy, or basic human decency, avoid Joselyn at all costs. She has no business working with clients or running any sort of business.

My hair service with Josi was amazing! My blowout came out fabulously, and I will definitely be returning. I can’t wait to get the Botox treatment for my hair.
