I called them because they were a dealer for a product that I have installed with my AC system. The EasyStart™ Flex Home AC Soft Starter. I saw that the light that is normal on was not and that my AC compressor was not turning on with the rest of the ac system. I had a great experience with D & W Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent Garth right over to take a look. They texted me when the tech was coming and Garth even arrived early and was very friendly, and had the problem solved within the 1st ten minutes. D&W technician Keith provided a thorough and professional service for my A/C problem. Keith was prompt, efficient, courteous, and explained his work throughout, even instructing me how I might handle the issue myself in the future.
I would strongly recommend D&W to anyone needing A/C service.
Awesome 5star experience from the time I called Theresa for service and within 30 mins Garth showed up and fixed our water line issue and showed me many at home fixes to avoid our problem in the future. Garth “walks on water” and Theresa is the “salt of the earth”. Thx everyone ?
