Our A/C unit decided not to work today and in this Florida heat and humidity we need to have air-conditioning. Dave Calderon from Custom Climate came out and had us up and running cold air in about an hour thank you so much Dave, you saved the day! Custom Climate Concepts technician David C was here on a Sunday for an emergency due to a non operational A/C unit in less than a half hour. If that’s not service in this day and age, then I don’t know what is. He was professional, did the work in a timely fashion, and appeared to understand A/C’s very well. We are satisfied with the service and will be relying on them in the future for sure.
