We would not use any other service. They have serviced 4 of our homes.. and never have had any problems.. I count on them to stay on top of everything! Before Custom Air we were having problems with clogged lines.! Not something you want to deal with during the summer.! Never had a problem after were switched to Custom Air!!! The technician from Custom Air and Plumbing did a thorough checking of my air conditioning system. He was very professional, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. Even though I told him that the inside filter had recently been installed he checked it and corrected the installation. I was very pleased with his service and the way he spoke to me.
