technician showed up on time with a number of options no sales pitch took the time with me to understand what I needed and why..The pricing was way under the other quotes I got. He said that's because they are family owned and don't have the huge expenses like the corporate company's do. I recommend them to a couple of my neighbors and now they use them also for annual maintaince. Thank you for the honest quality work you do!

couldn't be happier!
We needed to replace our 20 year old system plus we had a couple rooms that would not cool properly. Brad inspected our ductwork and proposed a simple and cost-effective solution. His technical knowledge plus extra efforts made it clear - we we’re going with HAD! Our install was on schedule with no surprises on the final invoice. So our overall experience with HAD has been excellent due to their communication, competitive pricing and most importantly follow through!
