generally I don’t post reviews but I felt the need to express my gratitude for this company. my grandmothers ac was out and she struggles with health issues so it was extremely important to get it up and running as quickly as possible. within 30 minutes an ac tech was there, solved the issue quickly and efficiently. the small things are the big things.

I had this company come out because they honored my extended warranty I had on my HVAC system and a previous company Quality Air said there was a coolent leak and the installation was peeling off the original installer Dales Air refused to come service it when they just put it in four years ago. After Comfort came they said nothing was wrong with my unit after testing it for leaks and even retaped the installation and recharged it and added a little coolent at no cost I signed a one year preventative maintenance with them and will be using this company from now on. Also TJ is the best service tech!

Got 6 quotes about replacing a wall Bard unit on my mom's condo..almost got talked into putting a ground package unit in n shrouding where existing unit was..Steve was upfront about cost efficiency of just replacing original unit n not having a ground unit placed near existing pipes and dryer vents. Steve's price was very reasonable compared to some others almost 2xs as much n was scheduled to install 2-3 days later!! His crew lead, Albert was awesome. They arrived on time n got the job done in just a few hours..Very friendly crew that explained new thermostat well n cleaned up nicely.
