From beginning to end. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Called within 15 - 20 minutes from initial email. Gave me a quote immediately. No pressure to schedule. After looking at other places for an hour or two I called and scheduled. Had an appointment for the next day. Plumber showed up on time , extremely professional and polite. Installed the new disposal , afterwards everything was functional and clean. Final bill exact amount quoted! Thank you to the whole team.Ken C.

Had a rather unique situation and the Coastal group was terrific in dealing with the problem. Figured out the issue quickly and repaired it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

I purchased my toilets from Lowe’s and they coordinated the install with Coastal Plumbing of Southwest Florida. From the very start I was pleased with this company. Because of my job I was only able to have an install completed on a weekend/holiday. They made sure it happened! When one of my brand new toilets started leaking about a week and a half after the install, I called again and they remembered my need for weekend work only, or a holiday. Someone actually came out to my house on Labor Day to make this repair!!! This is definitely a company I trust, would recommend, and would go to again for plumbing needs.
