Top Notch Company!! Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable Technicians. We had an issue with a blower fan in an older AC unit and they were out same day. Fixed the issue and system runs better than ever.
This was my first time having an air conditioner serviced as we used to live in Vermont. My experience with Climatic Conditioning Co was great. Tim showed me what to look for and any maintenance I can do between service calls. He answered all my questions.
JC came when my ac suddenly stopped working. It was a minor problem, which he fixed. Even though it was on a Sunday (and getting ready to storm), I was not charged because I had a maintenance plan. Today, Vince did an excellent job cleaning my AC system and installing new filters. He explained his work and I appreciated his being on time (early actually) and professionalism.
