Mike was responsive to my initial text inquiry. I had contacted him about detailing our RV. He was on time and well equipped with everything he needed to tackle the job. He suggested doing a few spot test to determine the best solution for our needs. He meticulously detailed our RV removing road grit, dirt, bugs, and oxidation that had built up over time. One of my employees accidently scratched a customer's car and I needed to get some paint correction to the car hood to fix our mistake. We called and spoke Michael. He actually answered the phone when I called, which was refreshing. He gave clear pricing which he stuck to. He communicated with me and my customer when he was on the way and when the job was completed. I was a stellar experience. Highly recommend.
