Amazing place! With a Amazing help with training and diets from Ryan Clark. My weight was 240ibs and was able to drop down to 205ibs lean muscle with his expertises with nutrition and training. Thanks city fitness!
I've known Mark since his days as the face and body for Lululemon. I broke my femur in four places while skiing. I trust no other trainer with my rehabilitation. I want to hit those XX's again!
This place is in a great location with easy access and parking. I was in town for the week and as a competitive lifter I need to get training in. They had everything I need equipment wise. Perfect for heavy lifting and moderate lifting. They keep the place clean, organized, and well equipped. The staff was great and easy to work with- kudos to Mark and Gina!
