The Professionalism of the technician and knowledge was beyond superb. He was able to explain to me exactly what was going on from start to finish and when I could expect the new parts to be in and installed. I was so worried that my matching units would have to be replaced, but he was able to repair my refrigerator at a reasonable price. Wonderful company from start to finish!!!!
Our refrigerator quit cooling and freezing. We called Britts repair and they sent out a technician early the next day. Kirk was our service tech.
