My husband found Bone Dry Roofing, when we discovered a soft spot in the flat room (above our Florida Room). Bone Dry (Henry) was the first of several companies that responded to our inquiry. Henry arrives and did a thorough inspection of the room and then sat down with me to review the pictures and estimate. We confirmed the proposal and scheduled repair for ~2-3 weeks. Bone Dry originally came out to give an estimate on a leaking back porch on the home we just bought. As I spoke with Henry (he needs a raise, very engaged throughout the process and super helpful) we noted some roof issues and got options for a new roof.
After a heavy storm and unexpected leaks, we decided on a full replacement. We had scheduled the work for late August, but the Bone Dry crew was able to push the work up several weeks early to help us out.
