I cannot say enough about the extraordinary care Dr. Diaphni Taylhardat and her staff have given to my dog, Bilbo (almost 17y old!). From the very first visit, it was clear that she is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also deeply passionate, attentive, and genuinely loving toward the animals she treats. Bilbo couldn’t have been in better hands. When we first brought him in, he was facing a serious neurological issue and was unable to move his back legs. It was a heartbreaking situation, and we were terrified of what the future might hold. Thanks to Dr. Taylhardat’s expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach, Bilbo has made a remarkable recovery. Today, he walks without pain and moves independently around the house — something we once feared might never be possible again. Dr. Taylhardat is a rare combination of skill, heart, and commitment. We are endlessly grateful for everything she has done for Bilbo and for us.

We brought our dog in with pancreatitis. She was promptly diagnosed and our options for treatment were given within an hour. This staff is a very professional and thorough, explaining our options and treatments.

Brought my dog with ear infections. Vet and assistant were wonderful. Explained everything and even showed me how to apply ear drops. I will continue to use them.

We had a fantastic visit with Dr. Diaphni Taylhardat at her new office! While it wasn’t our first time seeing her, it was our first visit at her new practice and everything was wonderful. JellyBean was genuinely excited to see her and felt completely comfortable the entire time. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be returning! 🐾💙

I have to say I have been going to best friends since 2017, I’ve recommended best friends to all of my friends and family over the years, my animals pretty much grew up here, on top of that I have never once left a bad review for anyone. which makes it so incredibly sad and disappointing that I have to leave this review. Since Dr. Weber has left, the level of care, communication, the prices and even just basic manners has depleted so so quickly. Between mixing up pet records with others animals, sending me invoices of others to my email and then even after I decided to switch veterinary care, it took months of phone calls only for that to result in only some of my animal records being sent and having to personally go down in person to get my records. And after being told it would take some time to collect them all I asked if I could run to the store across the street and be back in the thirty minutes (minimum) I was quoted it would take to be told blatantly by the receptionist that I could but “if the records are lost or stolen” they would not be reliable??? Shame on this clinic for stooping to such lows in staff, quality, and overall care.if anyone is looking for a clinic to go to my best advice is to go ANYWHERE else.

Amazing and caring staff. It’s hard to find a vet that will see exotic pets and they were so accommodating and caring towards our sweet mouse. They really are best friends to animals!

I brought my brother’s dog there for a shot and the vet said the itching would stop and it never stopped at all so I felt like easy either she didn’t give him the shot or something else is wrong with the door that she should’ve checked out she just gave the shot and then brought them out to me. That’s not how a veterinarian works. She should’ve checked him over and see if he was good.
