I've noticed there are some negative reviews, but I had an incredibly different experience with Susan and bark busters. She was skilled, easy to work with and successful with my two Weimaraners Perhaps, some people don't understand it's up to them to keep the training up. I highly recommend Susan she was a joy to work with, and I will use her again with my next dog.
We saw huge improvements in our puppies behavior after a single appointment. We love that the training approaches are simple and easy for us to practice independently. Outside of sessions she is very quick to respond to any questions we have over text. Very happy with the investment knowing of behaviors change at any time we will always have access to Susan.
