Armstrong has been extremely responsive and prompt with all requests. Service technician Kenneth is a pleasure to work with—he is both professional and highly knowledgeable. I look forward to building a long-term working relationship.
Chris and Robert were absolutely outstanding. This was not an easy fix nor a clean one. Both of them took great care along the way and they patiently overcame some obstacles that came up. They also put in a lot of effort to keep things as clean as they could and to totally clean up afterwards. They made the effort to explain the things to me and they were courteous and polite as well. In the end, the drain problem I had has been resolved, they stuck with the original price estimate I had been given prior to starting the job and I am pleased.
We had Kenny as our technician help with a water leak detection issue. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Fair pricing and they were able to come out same day. Respectable and reputable company.
