These guys are great! Took care of all the issues we had (a/c) at every turn. We diligently change the filter monthly and we still had a few internal problems but all were found and addressed in a timely manner. Mike is the best.

I can not explain how completely satisfied I am with the crew from Aqua Plumbing who repiped my home. They came every day and cleaned up every day before they left. They did a fantastic job. There were a couple of very difficult adoptions that they found the perfect way with the least amount of disconvience. It truly was a pleasure working with them. They are welcome back any time.

I have had probably the worst experience of my life dealing with for the past two years, since installing my new water filtration system that was about $7000. I have consistently called with issues from water smell, the system not working properly. I've spent thousands of additional dollars doing their suggested things like draining my water heater because that's where the smell was coming from or now they're telling me I need a new bladder tank 2 1/2 years later. There is a serious breakdown in communication at your company. There is a serious breakdown in customer service at your company. And I am an extremely unsatisfied customer that is out of pocket thousands and thousands of dollars and right now at this moment I have no water at my house. If I could give you negative stars, I would.

I would strongly recommend that Aqua Plumbing and Air invest more in technical training for their staff. A greater emphasis on skill and problem-solving would go a long way in improving the quality of service they provide.

We've been plumbing a HVAC customers for almost a decade. Today we had a MAJOR plumbing emergency. The main line into our house broke at 12:30 PM. I shut off the well pump and called and explained the urgency of the situation. They offered me an appointment next week. Umm, no, we're without water! They then said for a price (OK) we'd me the first on the after hours list. Now at 7:49 PM, after a half dozen calls to them, I'm told that the after hours person is still on other calls and won't make here tonight. They OBVIOUSLY, even as a BIG company, don't have the 24/7 emergency services they advertise!

Andrew and Adrian did a great job in servicing our reverse osmosis system today by replacing all three of the cartridges and increased the air pressure in the canister. We completely trust Aqua personnel whenever we have problems with our plumbing or A/C systems.
