The technician, showed up on time and did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting my unit. He took the time to explain the process and answered my questions addressing all my concerns.
Highly recommend Dan with All American Air. Dan came out to troubleshoot an issue that another company wanted $5k to fix. Dan isolated it down to a clogged condensation drain. System back up and running great. Thanks Dan!
I have used All American since 2011 when I first purchased two Trane A/C systems for my new home in Bradenton. I just replaced those units in Dec 2023, using their maintenance agreements in between. This privately owned company has given us excellent service throughout the years. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dean and Jesse have always help with any issue I have had. I appreciate talking to someone when I call. Technicians are sent out quickly, not waiting for days and on time. Thank you, Dean, for fixing my humidity problem. We are comfortable and cool again.
