I simply love this gym! The staff is so personable and helpful always.The other members are so down to earth..The premises is always kept immaculate. This is not a typical gym that is extremely noisy or overly crowded at all, your never pressured to hurry off the equipment quickly for the next member.

Great place to workout for all levels with no stress. You can workout and/or train at your own pace. Owner is very accommodating and the gym is conveniently located and super clean!!

Advantage is the only facility I will attend when in town. The facility is clean, the members are kind, and Eric and his group of trainers never fail to give me the sweat experience I am looking for. I am a fitness professional in NYC and would only trust my workout with the Advantage fitness team. Check them out!
