Joe King is outstanding! He’s helped me several times, and he’s a true professional.
We have 2 hvac units that had annual service done by Dalian. He was pleasant, experienced and great to work with. Explained everything. Cost was a tad high for time spent but if the systems work as promised it will be worth it. Too many rip off ac companies out there.
Mat Morin was great.Called when he was on his way. I was out of state and that was key as a friend had to come over to let him in . He figured out the problem very quickly as the A/C unit was not working on a very hot week after a power outage.Called when he was done to explain what I could do next time to get it working.
