I'm so happy I was referred to Aaron's for my pool needs and equipment installation. I was impressed right from the start as a live person answered the phone and directed me to Alex the service manager. Alex is one the best customer service representatives I've ever encountered. The costs were very fair and I couldn't be happier

Aaron and his team did a great job of installing our pool. From start to finish, every detail and expectation was met. His team had some challenges with trying to get the pool to fit in the backyard with several obstacles in the way, but they were able to remove them and put them back even better than they were before. In the end, the pool is fabulous and looks amazing! They continue to maintain our pool every week and offer continued, prompt and through maintenance.

Over the years, Aaron's has been prompt and courteous. Beth, our pool service person, is very reliable and does a great job.

Recently, our pump broke a few days before we were to have guests over for a party. Aaron gave us a fair price (we received a cheaper quote, but we ultimately chose Aaron's for the warranty). There was a scheduling miscommunication on our part, but their tech was able to come and get the job done in the nick of time.

Overall, we are very pleased with this company and will likely continue to use them for our pool service in the future.
