Very professional and friendly, we had them come out to spray for bugs inside and outside our home, the spray used was organic and non toxic, we have an infant baby and I was not concerned about any chemicals being harmful. He sprayed very thoroughly and did not rush, he also moved small items to spray behind. Was also on time, the entire process took about 30 mins out of my day.
