Ray, our technician is amazing. As soon as he enters the resort, he pays attention to every detail. He goes above and beyond, even taking pictures of broken irrigation heads. He is always available, in between treatment dates for any questions or issues we may have. Always gives me a friendly reminder the day before he comes.Services: Rodent extermination

I am very disappointed and disgusted by the quality of work provided by the sales rep. Eugene Wilson. Assessed and inspected the property, laid out the proposed products and options of payments. I had agreed to pay everything upfront since day 1, which I did. He had confirmed I would not be getting billed until May 2023 on a monthly basis which was fine and what we had agreed on. 2 months go by and Terminix starts charging me every month for a service I paid year ahead. Contacted their support line, even more disgusted by the quality and attitude and lack of understanding of personnel taking the call. Dulio has been our go-to person for years now. We can always count on him to do the job thoroughly and professionally. He truly cares that we are satisfied with the services and it shows. If we start seeing insects inside, we schedule Dulio and the issue is resolved after one visit. Very reliable, lucky to have him!Services: Termite inspection
