The design process was great, Tom designed a beautiful pool that works great on my lot, with the clean lines and simplicity I was looking for. Megan was my coordinator, and was simply phenomenal. She was incredibly responsive, and always proactive in providing updates before I even had to ask. She made what could have been a stressful construction period feel smooth and completely worry-free. I was initially quoted an approximate completion time of 12-14 weeks from dig, with Megan staying on top of scheduling and inspections, I was swimming in just under 10 weeks!

Pool school with Tyler was incredibly helpful and thorough, answering all of my questions and making sure I was set up properly to manage everything moving forward.

“I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install!
