I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install! Exact Plumbing owner Jason came to my house to install kitchen faucet and my new Bosch dishwasher. He did a superior job removing old dishwasher and faucet and installing new fast. He also cleaned afterwards.
