My daughter has been a patient at Bayhead Eye Center for several years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. She always gets a thorough exam, and every staff member treats her with kindness and respect.

I especially want to highlight the exceptional professionalism of the office manager after an incident during today’s visit. An adult customer rudely inserted her unsolicited opinion while my daughter was browsing frames, embarrassing her in front of others in the office. The office manager stepped in and handled the situation with complete professionalism and grace.

My 93 year old Aunt and myself were very pleased with the service we received. They did not rush, answered all our questions and provided excellent care and attention.
