My first time here for an eye exam and Dr Bachus was great! She was very good about explaining what she was doing during the test and was professional, friendly and easy to talk with.

Leiana the tech was also very understanding and professional. She was wonderful.

When I had my eyeglasses fitting Matias was excellent as well, friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my opinion on what I wanted and how the new glasses felt.

I highly recommend the location for an eye exam.

My experience was unique and unrepeatable, the technician's work is top of the line, a true professional; The prices are affordable, the quality of frames is infinite and the attention; Wow, the attention of all the staff is unique; especially Mathias, he is a unique and unrepeatable boy, he knows what "quality of service" is, apart from being aesthetically very beautiful, he is super empathetic, kind; knows how to listen and identify the client's needs, knows how to listen and give you the best recommendations according to tastes, budgets and visual situation that the client presents

Autumn was the first person to greet me when I entered the store. She also assisted me in getting my prescription filled out and expeditiously processed two pair of glasses for new lenses. I look forward to her assisting me when I pick them up. Great customer service!
