American Home Corp. designs and builds new custom homes and remodels existing homes in Seminole, Lake and Orange counties in central Florida. The Owners, Dick and Scott Stier, are a father-son team who have 75 years of experience in the construction industry. Ninety percent of the firm's projects comes from Customer referrals. Typically, after listening to a Customer's needs and desires, a sketch is provided at no cost. Then details are assembled to determine the next step.
