I purchased a new home from them and immediately had to call the warranty dept for the following issues because they rush the walkthrough in 20 minutes1) kitchen appliances that were suppose to be new but came rusted2) Garage inside door without inner liner3) screen door not mounted correctly that easily came off the hinges4) glass french door broken, and when they brought new door they took 2 weeksto unwrap, paint and mount5) microwave not mounted and secured properly and loose6) Inside sitting with uncentered wall lighting that will not be covered under the 10 yr warranty even when its discovered off less than 6 monthsServices: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent website. Very easy to view all of the homes in a virtual world. The tools available are awesome as you can even measure the rooms & closet. The styles of all the home are up to date as you see in the HGTV shows. Beautiful!!!
