We were traveling through and I developed an upper respiratory infection. AH Centra had easily accessible times and we were taken right back at our appointment time. PA Wendy Ruano was professional, thorough, and attentive. Knowing we were in the middle of a road trip she made specific treatment plans to ensure I had what I needed during our trip. Very thankful for her attentiveness to both present and future needs. Our trip was truly saved by her treatments and planning.
I recommend making an appointment through their online portal to minimize your waiting.

After relocating to Sanford about 12 years ago AdventHealth Centra Care has been my families urgent care of choice.
I went in today after, of course, getting sick and my primary having no available appointments. The nurse, Janet, was a gem and took her time. The doctor did as well and made sure I had no questions or concerns.
I had a really good experience at AdventHealth Centra Care Sanford. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The wait time was reasonable, and they took my concerns seriously.
