Jorza was so kind, knowledgeable, fun. She explained the treatment very well and our sessions were enjoyable. I had ten sessions and I lost 3 inches in total. The best thing is that I got used to a healthy lifestyle while doing my sessions. Combining the ultrasound cavitation with exercise and a balanced diet have been very awesome and helpful. “Hindolo gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It wasn’t tender but I don’t do tender. I left feeling my body was stretched, my muscles seemed to breathe and my headache, which I’ve had for several months has gone, in one session!
At the end of the session, Hindolo showed me how to work on certain areas to relax my muscles when back at home.
I also felt that he considered all my requests for being kept warm, so the massage table was kept warm and I was covered with a blanket.

“The front attendant is very nice, it's easy to get an appointment for a salt room, and I really like that we can usually be alone in the kids room to prevent the spread of illnesses (in case kids come in with flus or colds).“

“Now located at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista, this spa is a must stop from now on with each visit to Orlando. The staff is exceptional! They are kind, friendly and professional. The packages can't be beat. We were in town for a half marathon and the last time we did one, we were in a lot of pain the days following. Decided to see if a massage would make a difference. Boy did it! The next day I felt great. We got sports massages which really worked our muscles. It hurt so good while I was getting it and I feel fine the next day. Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Can't recommend them enough.“

Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough.“
