The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort
“Had a couples massage with Casey and Deanna (spelling?) and they were really great. They were attentive and communicative throughout. The spa facility is pretty and clean and I recommend arriving ahead of time to check out the Sauna, Ice Room, Experience Shower, Hot Tub, etc. One thing to note, they are not great about finding you for your appointment. I made a point of being in the Waiting Lounge ten minutes prior to my appointment start (sat outside on the patio because my bathing suit was wet) and the Women's room attendant came to find me to notify me that my husband and our technician's were looking for me. My husband reported the same, that in the lounge they had asked him if he knew where I was (the men and women are separated unless in the Waiting Lounge so either they got him before I got there or he didn't see me outside). Additionally... be warned, the 'natural' music selections can be very jarring. Every other song was mildly alarming... there was a shrieking bird, a strange, strong wind that sounded like a child in the room overhead crying (it was too in tune/timed with the song to be an actual child) and then a song that sounded like animals hunting in the jungle that was really spooky. Maybe try a different music if you want a more relaxing time?”
