Charlotte is so friendly, she has a great attitude and made my hair unbelievably shiny, soft and the color was great. She listened to all my ideas and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. I have always had long hair and she helped me cut it where it was healthy but diddnt do more than I asked!
