Prior to booking my first appointment I called with my situation and a few questions as I currently have lashes and get fills while I'm in NY and wanted to see if Bay Lash could accommodate me and May was super helpful on the phone so I proceeded with my appointment. I was nervous at first as I have been with my current NY lash tech for 7 years but May was WONDERDUL. She was polite, professional and very gentle. And the music the salon was playing I just loved. I'm glad I found a place I can trust with my lashes! I will be back again when I need lash fills while in FL!“

She spent her time removing the old lashes, which took over an hour just to remove, and carefully took all of them off to "start over" with a brand new set. She did not make me feel rushed, she was super sweet, and I appreciated this more than words can describe. She is a stand up business owner, and as a business owner of a successful salon for many years, I can say this woman has her head on straight of how to treat customers, and provide a true 5 star experience. “I’ve been having my brows microbladed here for 5 years. My brows went from practically non existent to framing my face with a very natural look. Because I trust them with my face…I decided to go for a lash lift and tint at my last appointment, totally blown away, crazy how much it opened up my eyes!
