I can't say anymore positive things about Back 2 Normal!! Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgable, personable, and helpful but the quality of what you get in return is unmatched anywhere in the St. Pete area. I'm currently training for a 100 Mile Run, and I got some work done to help my recovery, mobility, and strength. I felt amazing after my visit. I learned so much about my body, and how to fuel it in ways I wasn't before. I can't wait to stop back in again! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me!

Went to see Lisa as part of a collaborative effort through the gym where I work. I am a personal trainer of 22yrs and I’ve seen of lots of different modalities to help people, outside of the hours we train each week. Lisa’s HRV(heart rate variability)scan and vagus nerve reset are like nothing that is out there in terms of gauging how recovered you are, how your central nervous system is functioning, how you’re sleeping, versus how you think you’re sleeping, your energy output/energy input, and much more! Most unbelievable place I have ever seen. I do advanced foot and ankle reconstructions and see athletes and people with major foot issues. All of Medicine these days focuses on insurance allowables and quick fixes, with no focus etiology or patient education. This place looks at the whole body to not only eliminate the immediate pain but prevent recurrence based on movement, strengthening, and nerve reeducation. They literally thought of everything in getting someone better. My mind was blown at how thoughtful they were in every aspect of injury and prevention.
