I called Tommy to see if I could stop by his shop, but he was in a completely different county. He was very gracious with his time with me on the telephone. He received zero dollars from me and was still willing to help with my DIY. I painted my door and did not take a picture of my deadbolt when taking it apart and could not get it to work properly when I put it back together. I sent him a picture, and he told me exactly what to do and voilà. So many thanks as I was getting ready to leave the house for the day and did not want to leave the door unlocked. I have slept two nights with an unlocked door and it was making me uneasy. Thank you Tommy for your dedication...read full review

I had to call Tommy while out of town. We communicated by voice and text. He was super helpful and stayed in contact. He does great work and was VERY easy to work with from beginning to end. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
