Went in for a 90min massage with Beth and I'm very happy. Prior to making my appointment back in early May, I'd never heard of neuromuscular therapy. I did my research and instantly wanted to see if this was a solution to my pain. I called right ahead and scheduled the first appointment I was able to get. On the phone Beth was very helpful with information, they were booked up for a while, but that just meant to me they were good at what they do and my assumption wasn't wrong. Beth was able to squeeze me in because of a cancellation on the same day. My first time to a message therapist and let me tell you that one hour with her relieved so much tension that I was able to function again soon after leaving. She is experienced, kind and knowledgeable.
This team always does a great job! I am so relaxed when I leave.
