Super clean & all the staff are kind and the office is overall a super nice and chill experience. I would 100% recommend. They really care about you!

Went to the office because I needed and dental surgery referral, which they said they would but after we saw the dentist, they insisted we had to get surgery with them only. After a consultation with their surgeon, we dicided not to use his services. The office initially refused to give us a referral because they wanted us to use their surgeon. I had to call insurance for them to provide me the referral to go to an outside their office surgeon. By this time, they had already charged me for the oral surgery which was not done. 3 months later, I am still trying to get my money back back because they say their is a pending claim from a procedure that was never done. I have moved numerous times in my career, so Aspen Dental has always been a good option for me. Most recently, I moved to the JCP area and established care with the Aspen Dental, in Bartram Park. So I've been the a couple of times for my routine cleanings, until recently. In April, I believe it was, I received a call from them, stating that they were canceling my appointment, because they didn't have a dental hygienist. This was a moment for pause, as the other ADs that I have been to, had more than just one hygienist. Anyway, today I called them to see where I was on the calendar... they have a hygienist... lol, in training!!! So they STILL cannot see me. They... read full review
