We’ve been sending our 3 kiddos to Bright Smiles for 6 years. The service is always outstanding! They all love coming to their appointments — cleanings or “tougher” services — they’ve all been a breeze. Hoping they don’t even end up the same dental anxieties that the millennial generation has ? IYKYK.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Bright Smiles over the years. The team is consistently gentle, kind, and incredibly patient, which has made every visit a positive one. Even now at 13, my child still prefers going to Bright Smiles rather than transitioning to a general dentist. That says a lot about the level of comfort and trust they’ve built. They truly go above and beyond to make kids feel safe and cared for while providing excellent dental care.
I called right before closing for an emergency dental visit, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. I sent them a photo of my son’s tooth, and within 15 seconds they told us to come in so he could have it pulled. The entire process was seamless, we were literally in and out within 30 minutes.
I am so beyond grateful for Dr. Bright and his staff for taking such good care of my son and making a stressful situation feel so easy.
