“I have used Armex not once but twice for two separate projects!! They are neat, precise and just really good in what they do!! They were on time, and once the contract was signed there were no surprises. They are very reasonable too. Jose and Brian took care of all the permits and engineering requirements. Their team was working on both interior and exterior of the house and on both projects they made sure to protect everything: the pavers, windows, floors and furniture, etc. Armex will for sure be our to go to company for any future remodeling needs. First off, I just want to say that I’m very very happy with the progress and the quality of work that is happening on my dream home on Sanibel and I’m so glad I went with Sunset Builders. My wife and I are new to the island and we really wanted to help rebuild the Sanibel community after the hurricane, and be part of a community because we have a large family with 4 kids under 7. When we bought the house, it needed a full renovation. I called several contractors and they all had the same pitch. What was different about you guys was Mike, he never rushed me and he listened to all my concerns, wants, and needs AND gave his own insights. His communication was fantastic from the start. The day we set up an on site meeting for a full walk through, a whole team showed up and I was blown away. The project managers and superintendents all showed up alongside Mike to go over the work to be done. Everyday I visit the job site and see the progress. All the material being used is high quality, nothing cheap which is amazing. Overall I’m very happy and satisfied with the quality of work and I can’t wait to see my finished house.LB“

“We are selling our home. An item on our inspection report was our hot water faucet to our bathtub was not working. I called a plumbing company and set up an appointment. The plumber showed up right on time this morning. He proceeded to work for 2 1/5 hrs trying to fix the problem. He was stumped. Out of desperation I called Joe the Plumber and was shocked that he answered. He talked to the plumber in my home. Next thing I know he was at my front door. Fifteen minutes later, water was flowing into our bathtub! So the moral of the story is to call Joe the Plumber first!Service: General repairs“

Our 100' seawall is a foot higher, preventng erosion. The neighbor's envy us!The old seawall tiebacks were completely rotted away. Cracks near davits showed crumbling.It was a pleasure doing business with Darrell and Darrin and Freddy. Banks bros is one of the few contractors I would refer comfortably to anyone. “Mr. Bestor was very kind and thorough. He gave me no bullshit answers to my questions and costs were on target. Didn't realize that things cost so much now. Got a few other quotes and while his was a bit higher he made sure the quality of the work was good. He said he could do much larger jobs, but he got my renovation to my condo done and did what he said would be done with in the time he said. Still waiting for insurance to pay out completely. To get other projects done. Had someone else do my screens and they are a mess . I trust Mr. Bestor.“

“Very professional! Called and was able to come out the same day to empty my septic tank. They were also able to identify and address an underlying issue that I had known about but had forgotten about being told about 12 years earlier. They were able to come up with an easy solution to replace the part that was stuck. The best part was that they were Extremely helpful in explaining the problem, the solution, and the transparency in the cost. Which I must say was Very Very fair! And when they were finished they left no trash whatsoever behind on my property! I Strongly Recommend Them!“
