“I always have a great experience going to this clinic. Getting in for an appointment is always very easy and they are open on Saturdays which help tremendously for anyone like me who works M-F. They also accept my insurance which is United Healthcare through Medicare. That was a huge hurdle I dealt with. I was so happy I found somewhere close to my home.The staff is very friendly and helpful. “I have been seeing Dr. Schmidt in the Winter Garden branch since 2024 and she has been absolutely fantastic and so caring. I had a vasovagal episode after an injection in my foot and she made sure I was okay even stood over me and fanned me before the assistant was able to come back into the room to help me so the Dr could go to the next patient. They kept checking in on me and handled everything with the upmost care. I have not had any issues with the staff at the WG office and I am still getting care there and will be going to the other branch soon. I even get texts of all my appointment reminders so I don’t miss anything.“
