    I just want to say Thank you to Christie that works at the Front counter helping answer the phones and logging people in for their appointments. I had just gotten over Covid tested negative but needed my lungs checked because I had pneumonia also I couldn’t get in to any doctors office and Christie answered the phone and helped me and went to the doctor and explained my situation and called me back and said if you can be here by 2:15 Dr. Mesa will see you. Dr. Mesa is an angel and so is Christie I can’t say enough about the both of them but I will say Christie needs to be employee of the year.     I spoke with a male representative and made an appointment for the following week.I showed up to my appointment the following week and they said I didn’t have an appointment.I marked it in my calendar as the guy was saying the correct date and time, I looked on MyChart and the appointment was made weeks out from what the guy told me over the phone.

    All of the terrible reviews for this office were discouraging, however I was directed to go here by my health insurance. When I called to schedule an appointment yesterday, I was told Dr. Mesa didn't have anything available in person for a month. However, they had several openings for virtual appointments today. I gladly took that opportunity and scheduled for 3:00PM. I was told someone would contact me and a link would be sent to my email 15 minutes before the appointment. I was sitting with my email open at 2:45 and there was nothing. About half an hour later at 3:14, of course I had gotten up and just missed the call. I listened to the voicemail and they said to call back for the 3:00 appointment. I called back within ONE minute and was on hold for 10+. They took all of my information and then passed me along to someone else who also took my information. They said the Doctor was running behind, which of course is not a big deal and I understood. But, we had to reschedule. The next available virtual appointment is May 24, twenty days from now. I expressed my confusion as to why the voicemail was half an hour late and simply requested I call back so we may proceed with the appointment. Why was this the case if I would be told I had to wait twenty more days to reschedule? She put me on hold again to see what the Doctor could do only to say again that it would be twenty days. I have been sick for over a week and unable to sleep through the night. I am calling my insurance now to see if I can possibly go anywhere else for a primary care doctor, and if not I will change my insurance. This is ridiculous and embarrassing, I wish I listened to the reviews before going through the trouble and wasting time. DO NOT GO HERE.
