Based on the reviews, the South Hillsborough VA Clinic is a top notch facility. The staff, docs, nurses, lab techs, and facility are all A+. Everyone is friendly and the doctors really take their time and talk with patients. The care is amazing, with an awesome primary care doctor and nurse. Lab, podiatrist, and imaging are all among the very best medical care. The practitioners are among the top tier, and the clinic is highly recommended.
Very well run clinic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When you go in for appointments, I have not waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. The staff that I have interacted with are very good and friendly. I have not had a bad experience in any of my visits. Very well run, it is very clean and there is always someone available to help with any question or issue you may have. The personnel that are at the front desk to assist often go out of their way to assist in many situations.
Dr. Kimble has been amazing. I was starting to lose hope with the VA but he has shown that he cares and has taken every step to help me with my newly diagnosed diabetes. As long as he is my doctor, I will be happy
I'm not sure how other Veterans view the South Hillsborough VA in Riverview, but I assure you they are among the best. I've been in Alabama, Louisiana (east and west), Guam and the Philippines. These practitioners are among the top tier.
