Our A/C stopped working all of sudden. We called Knights Air, they came out, replaced a few parts, and it’s now fixed for under $600. A competitor wanted to basically rebuild our unit for $4500. Knights said we didn’t need all of the things the competitor did and was able to fix versus replace. I’d highly recommend Knights Air, they will be our choice from now on!!!
I have used Knights Air Conditioning for years and years and years. For the first half dozen years (or so) it was regular maintenance and small repairs to keep our 18 years old heat pump running the best it could. This year, Lee and Lisa installed a new one for us. The entire process has been painless and smooth. I will preach on my soapbox until I die about the services and support I've received from them, and I'll never go anywhere else for AC work.
My AC unit stopped working last night 5/24/2025! I called up their after hours number this morning to get on their schedule for after the Memorial Day Weekend and was fully expecting service on Tuesday or later. Lee’s wife answered while out on a walk with her dog and Lee himself was out at my house by noon! Talking about blazing fast service!! Lee got me up and running in a matter of minutes and charged a very fair price, especially given that he came out on a holiday weekend! I’ve just found my new AC company and look forward to doing more business in the future with your family run business. I’ll be in touch in July for routine maintenance!
