Patel is great at her job, very kind and informative of your conditions. Love her but SOME staff needs some work on manners and being more considerate of hold time on phone. Julie or Julia is rude, doesn’t sound like she cares, she will put you on hold and doesn’t even say goodbye, she just hangs up on you mid sentence. That’s definitely not ok. I get your busy but that’s no excuse it just makes the office look bad because of you. This is coming from someone who is in early 20s, be more kind to your patients please.
I have been there twice and had numerous spots treated. They have always handled a lot of questions nicely for me and I appreciate them!The location is a little hidden across the street from the Lithia Pinecrest Publix store if you want to drop someone off while you’re at your appointment.
First time visiting AAD! Awesome office, staff and doctor. Front desk girl is so sweet, you can tell she truly loves her job and I hope the owner knows how lucky they are to have her as an employee. The office is very clean, and they answered all of my questions.
