The office is clean, and the staff goes out of their way to be patient and understanding, especially with those who are nervous about medical procedures. Patients praise the doctor, Dr. Erika Underwood, for her caring, skilled, and straightforward approach. The front desk staff are described as friendly, and the service is excellent. Patients feel confident in the doctor's expertise and appreciate that she listens carefully and takes the time to address their concerns.

All the reviews were spot on. Short wait for help. Staff were courteous and Dr.Aziz was great. She listened and immediately looked into my complaints without judgement. A good experience and I will be going back and bringing family and friends with me. Highly recommend.

Every time I go to PH Dermatology I am greeted with a welcoming smile and a warm greeting from the office staff. Similarly,
the doctors and nurses greet me, making me feel comfortable.

The medical staff then ask me a variety of questions to determine what the problem is. And they don’t mind if I ask questions! As they proceed, they continuously ask me questions and explain what they are going to do. At the same time, they also check to be sure I’m not having too much pain. If I do, they use other tools such as smaller needles.

I’m so thankful to have PH Dermatology and such great doctors and nurses and such a warm caring environment.
