We had a family emergency in which our granddaughter was brutally attacked in the face and leg by a dog and also our dear friend lost his wife and brother on the same day. I am not sure if Tony forgot your appointment due to grief, stress or just human error, but I can assure you that is very uncharacteristic of him.
